In the DM

Regardless of what industry you're in, there is absolutely no reason for you not to be developing your business across platforms like Instagram. Business transactions are going down in the DM (Direct Message) every minute of every day. Lets take a look at a few examples that aren't so far fetched....

Example 1:
A new clothing company sends a message to a handful of retailers offering free sample shirts. A celebrity stumbles into one of those retailers and buys one of your shirts. The shirt goes viral, the shirt demand skyrockets, and you get an insane influx of web traffic and convert into sales. 

Example 2:
A home staging company sends a message into a handful of real estate agents offering deals and discounts for realtor's next client. The next client's house gets staged at a discounted rate, the realtor sells the house in the first week and becomes an advocate for home staging, and solicits to all his clients the home staging service. Repeat customer for all their staging needs. 

Example 3:
High end barbershop sends message to social media influencers with +15,000 followers on their Instagram account. They offer free haircuts to all of them and they blog/post/talk/share their experience. Their 15,000 loyal followers search your business and convert into customers.
